Tuition Schedule
Payment of tuition is required for all children enrolled at Visitation Catholic School. VCS depends on tuition, funding from the parish, fundraising, and grants for its financial operation and viability. Please see the Tuition Schedule for current tuition rates.
Registered parishioners of Visitation Catholic Church must fill out the New Parishioner Registration Form in order to be eligible to receive the "parishioners/subsidized families" tuition rate.
Registered parishioners of a neighboring Catholic parish without a school must complete the Out-of Parish Form (from the Archdiocese of Portland) in order to be eligible to receive the "parishioners/subsidized families" tuition rate.
Tuition may be paid in full with cash, check, Visa or MasterCard (A processing fee of 4% will be added for credit card charges prior to the discount). A 2.5% discount will be given for tuition paid in full by July 1st. A 1.5% discount will be given for tuition paid in full by August 1st.
Parents needing to make monthly payments may do so by signing up for the FACTS Tuition payment service. There is a $45 annual fee for using this service.
It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that all accounts are current.
Limited tuition grant money is available through the parish. An evaluation committee appointed by the pastor dispenses funds. All families desiring to receive tuition/grant money must apply through FACTS grant and aid assessment. Deadline for applying fore tuition assistance with FACTS through the Archdiocese of Portland is January 31 for the following school year.
This timeline changes every year. Please contact the school office for specific deadlines.
